Christmas Tree: the Foundation brings smiles back to 500 children
At the Foundation's Ouagadougou headquarters, more than 500 vulnerable children enjoyed a day of joy — painting, dance, gifts — under the theme 'Action with bursts of heart.'

On 23 December 2022, the EBOMAF Foundation transformed its Ouagadougou headquarters into a celebration venue for more than 500 children aged 3 to 15, from vulnerable families and four partner associations: "Vivre comme les autres," "Femmes battantes," "Jeunes vainqueurs" and "Bras ouverts."
Under the theme "Action with bursts of heart," the day alternated painting, dance, discovery activities and musical performances — interspersed with gifts for every child and symbolic presents for the leaders of partner associations.
"Children are the soul of humanity," recalled the Foundation, faithful to its conviction that youth is the most structuring social investment. This Christmas tree fits into a broader educational dynamic: at the start of the 2022-2023 school year, the Foundation covered the school fees of 1,500 learners and distributed complete school kits.
This twofold action — shared moments of joy and material support for schooling — reflects the Foundation's attention to vulnerable children, beyond the major humanitarian emergency efforts.
